Tua Tagovailoa has suffered yet one more scary head damage.
The Dolphins star quarterback — who battled a number of concussions throughout the 2022-23 season — was injured on a run within the third quarter of Miami’s “Thursday Evening Soccer” matchup with the Buffalo Payments.
