A manhunt has been launched for a person captured on CCTV dancing down a suburban road after a teenage runner was sexually assaulted in broad daylight.
The younger lady was jogging alongside Whitehorse Street, Blackburn in Melbourne’s east at about 11.10am on August 26 when she was approached by an unknown man.
Police imagine he sexually assaulted her as she made an try to move him and ran from the scene on foot.
Detectives have launched CCTV of a person wearing tradie hi-vis gear that they want to discuss to with relation to their inquiries.
The CCTV confirmed the person strolling down a Melbourne road shortly after the lady was sexually assaulted.
He then broke into skittish dance strikes on the footpath and procures a basketball from behind a constructing.
