American musician and songwriter John Popper — greatest recognized for his buttery vocals and loopy harmonica solos — was 27 years previous when his band, Blues Traveler, popped off within the mid-’90s with well-liked songs like “Hook” and “Run-Round!”
Two years after its launch, Popper’s composing brilliance scored him credit score and recognition on the 1996 Grammys … “Run-Round” gained the award for Greatest Rock Efficiency by a Duo or Group with Vocal.
In 2016, Popper carried out each of those hits for Bernie Sanders‘ “A Future to Consider In” rally.
