British champion boxer Callum Simpson has paid tribute to his teenage sister Lily-Rae as he revealed she has died in a crash on the Greek vacation island of Zante.
He posted on-line a heartfelt message in regards to the tragic 19-year-old, saying: ‘Completely heartbroken to say that my lovely little sister, Lily-Rae, was in a street accident whereas on vacation in Zante.
‘She was flown to Athens and spent 10 days in ICU, however regardless of one of the best efforts of the medical groups, Lily sadly handed away.’
Callum, a 27-year-old British, Commonwealth and WBA continental champion super-middleweight boxer from Barnsley, shared pictures and a video of the siblings collectively, on X, previously Twitter.
